It's roasted to my favorite roast level, which maximizes the inherent sweetness in the coffee while ultimately giving you balance and delicious complexity. Not too light, not too dark. Just right.

Now available in decaf too, so you can enjoy a delicious cup with 99.5%+ less caffeine!

Each heat-sealed bag comes with a special note for you on the bag, so that every time you have coffee, you'll be reminded of what I want you to know. You'll get a note randomly selected from an assortment of messages, so you may get something different each time!
